Colombo School of Business and Management (CSBM) was established with the patronage of prominent corporate leaders and institutions in Sri Lanka to promote professional development and executive education, whilst providing a platform for research, consultancy and workforce development. CSBM aims at promoting a leadership culture that builds multiple competencies in grooming a generation of corporate and business leaders in Sri Lanka and the region.

Talk of The Month
A platform where a corporate “celebrity” an “executive influencer” or a “social way-maker” is invited to share trending topics or personal experiences to an invited focused audience. These sessions are bilingual for maximum impact and are moderated involving a question and answer time as well as networking opportunities. These sessions are designed to be inspirational, informative and a method to stimulate ideas for the executive and non-executive level of the workforce.
