OTHM Diploma in International Business Law (Level 7)
The OTHM Level 7 Diploma in International Business Law aims to equip learners with knowledge of various legal branches, analytical and critical approaches to UK and international legal principles, and appropriateness of dealing with certain aspects of law.
By the end of the qualification, learners will understand various subjects in international business law, understand legal frameworks governing transactions, demonstrate understanding of commercial trust law, company law, international trade law, intellectual property law, and financial crimes law, and develop research skills and writing abilities.
